What do we offer?
Elegantly designed rooms for rent with a rooftop lounge exclusive to hotel guests. The rooftop lounge may also be rented for small events subject to prior arrangements.
Are walk-in guests allowed?
Yes. Subject to availability of rooms. Please contact the designated contact numbers and official social media channels during operating hours.
How many guests can the rooms accommodate?
Gold Room is ideal for a couple and can accommodate 2 guests. Blue room is ideal for a small family or group and can accommodate 4 guests.
What is the set-up of the building?
The building is a mixed-used residential and commercial property. The rented rooms are located on the third floor of a walk-up building (no elevator). The rooftop lounge is located on the fourth floor. Our guests appreciate the added privacy this elevated location provides.
How far is the place from Tagaytay?
Hotel at Home is a minute away to Tagaytay boundary and approximately 5–15 minutes away to Tagaytay ridge, depending on traffic.
Is parking available?
Yes, 1 free parking slot per room booked is available for guests during their stay.

What are the payment terms?
A 50% reservation fee is required, to be deducted from the total accommodation rate. Payment shall be made through Cash, GCash, bank transfer, or other payment methods approved by Hotel @ Home. Reservations are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and acknowledged by the Property. Any unpaid balance and refundable security deposit must be settled upon check-in.
Are visitors allowed?
Registered guests may receive up to four (4) visitors at a time. Visitors are allowed to stay for a maximum of 2–3 hours and up to 10PM only.
Can we cook or bring food?
Guests are welcome to bring outside food and enjoy their meals in the room or in the common area at the rooftop lounge. To help maintain the space and furnishings, cooking inside the room and at the rooftop area is not allowed. The use of portable gas stoves, induction cookers, and any personal cooking appliances is strictly prohibited. A microwave and microwavable containers are provided in the common area/rooftop lounge for re-heating of food only. If you’d like to explore local dining, Tagaytay’s restaurants and cafés are just a short drive away.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Breakfast is offered as a complimentary amenity. Should you decide not to avail of it, the accommodation rate will remain the same.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted inside guest rooms, hallways, or any common areas of the property. If you are traveling with a pet, a nearby pet hotel is available for your convenience at an additional cost. Please contact us for recommendations and assistance.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed in all rooms, hallways, room balconies, and indoor areas of the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas at the rooftop balcony.
Can I host small events or workshops?
Small gatherings such as intimate dinners, creative workshops, or celebrations may be allowed on the rooftop lounge subject to additional charges and considering the maximum number of guests allowed. Please contact us in advance so we can discuss your plans and ensure the setup works for your group.
Can I request extra amenities or services?
Depending on availability, additional amenities such as extra pillows, blankets, or event setups may be provided. Please contact us in advance to coordinate your needs.
Is housekeeping provided?
Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee and are subject to the property's operating schedule.
